Engagements with AK Studio Design

When planning for our wedding we decided to go to a bridal fair in Salt Lake City. Tyler and I entered every contest we could find. It was slightly overwhelming. However, we passed one booth that really stuck out to me. Their name was AK Studio Design's and I loved looking at their photos! They were so bright and had great contrast. That was exactly what I wanted for my pictures. I remember going home and looking at their website and thinking it would be awesome to use them. A couple days later I got a text message from their owner, Abbey, asking if I would like to be in their competition to win a free photography package. How could we say no? It was an amazing deal and it felt like fate to me.

The actual competition was crazzzzyyy. McKenzie literally tagged all of her followers, Sydney's followers, my followers, McGrath's followers, Tasha's followers, and Tyler's followers in the photo (I'm sorry everyone. haha). It was days of obsession and constantly checking Instagram. Luckily, we won!  Honestly, it was such a great blessing.

While the competition was going on, Sydney and I stalked all of their photographers. Sydney minutes before the competition ended said, "I hope you get Whitney." And guess what? We did! Immediately, I loved her. I loved her Instagram photos and captions. haha She is HILARIOUS and so talented. When we finally met with her it was like seeing a long lost friend. It was so natural to pose with her, and just be around her. If you ever use AK Studio Design, use Whitney. :) Here are our photos from our engagement shoot:
